CentraLIVF Guarantee Explained:
- CentraLIVF will guarantee the number of embryos from the chosen program. These embryos are then suitable for transfer (Good & Fair) based on the SART grading system.
- If less than the number of high-quality embryos from the chosen program have been created and the embryo transfer results in a clinical pregnancy (8 weeks), the CentraLIVF commitment is considered fulfilled.
- If less than the number of embryos from the chosen have been created and no clinical pregnancy resulted from the embryo transfer, CentraLIVF agrees to provide additional oocytes in order to fulfill their original commitment – at no extra cost apart from the shipping cost. In other words, the recipient will incur no replacement costs.
* All CentraLIVF guarantees are subject to “normal” semen analysis as per WHO parameters. Cases require the use of testicular or epididymal sperm are not eligible for embryos guarantee ( e.g. MESA, TESE, TESA, or PESA.) If sperm samples are found to be of insufficient quality, CentraLIVF cannot guarantee the above. However, we will do our best to facilitate the successful creation of good-quality embryos.
Egg Donation FAQ
What Makes Your Donor Screening Process So Unique?
CentraLIVF team personally recruits and screens egg donors from Ukraine and Georgia, while adhering to the guidelines of the American Society for Reproductive Medicine and our own institutional ethics board. Donors will become available to donate only after their screening has been fully completed and they have been formally designated as eligible. Our rigorous screening process includes a full review of medical history. physical examination, genetic and mental health screening, and testing for infectious diseases.
Our multidisciplinary donor screening team includes a physician, a psychologist/counsellor, and a genetic counsellor, who is deeply involved in the screening and matching process. We believe that this enables us to identify any potential issues with our donors and address them properly. This approach that CentraLIVF adopted when it comes to donor selection is part of our commitment to the highest quality control.
How Many Of The Donors Have Proven Fertility?
Most of our donors are fertility proven, meaning they have had at least one successful pregnancy and live birth of their own.
What Is CentraLIVF’s Average Wait Time To Match Me With An Egg Donor?
Donor matches at CentraLIVF are immediate, with absolutely no waiting time.
